The Rocky film series currently consists of nine boxing films, starting with Rocky in 1976. The boxing dramas were shaped and increasingly driven by Sylvester Stallone. The most recent film, the spin-off Creed III – Rocky’s Legacy, was released in 2023. This means the films have so far spanned over six decades.
