Portgas D. Ace
Portgas D. Ace (named Puma D. Ace in the German version) was long considered Luffy's three-year older brother, but was Gold Roger's son and not blood-related to Luffy.
Ace dies in Marineford while protecting his younger brother Luffy from an attack by Admiral Akainu.
