"Pre-order - Pre-order"
Information, Instructions, and Conditions
All products marked as "Pre-Order" are products that will be available again at a later date.
However, these products can already be pre-ordered and reserved with us.
Payment is only due once the product is available and back in stock.
For a "Pre-Order", a personally created "customer account" with login and access is required for technical and security reasons.
Pre-orders are not possible without a personal customer account.
Availability / Delivery Date
The availability and delivery dates for a "Pre-Order", indicating when the product will be available again, can be found with the product, including the date and possible delivery date.
This is always an estimated delivery date provided by our suppliers.
Deviations, product availability, or adjustments to the delivery date are possible at any time.
Furthermore, errors are reserved, all information is without guarantee, and there is no reservation guarantee or claim!
Maximum Quantity / Number per Order
A maximum of 2 items of the same product can be purchased.
The quantity is limited for a "Pre-Order" product.
Canceling Products / Pre-Orders
It is still possible to cancel the pre-order up to 5 days before the product's availability and release, before the item is in stock with us.
After that, the order is firm and binding.
With a personally created "customer account" with login access, it is possible to view or cancel the pre-order directly in the "customer account" under the "Pre-Orders" tab.
Otherwise, cancellation is also possible via email to info[at]onpdjm8n5p-staging.onrocket.site or by calling us.
Email Notifications / Availability
- As soon as your "Pre-Order" product is available, you will automatically receive an email notification from the system.
- You will also receive a reminder from the system 2 days before the product release.
Should there be status changes and adjustments regarding product availability, delivery dates, or if the product is no longer available from the supplier, you will also receive an email notification from the system.
Payment / Due Date
Payment for the "Pre-Order" product is only possible and due once the product is available and deliverable again.
You will also receive an email with the "Pay" link to complete the payment for the pre-ordered product after it has been released on the website.
Payment should then be made within 5 days, otherwise this "Pre-Order" will be automatically canceled.
Please notify us in advance if you are unable to make the payment.
Data Protection
Your data will be stored and used exclusively for the purpose of the "Pre-Order" or for contacting you and the associated technical administration. Your data will be deleted after final processing of your "Pre-Order".
Only necessary email notifications will be sent, which are required for the processing of the "Pre-Order".
