Frazetta Girls - Frank Frazetta
In late 2013, Frank Frazetta's daughter Holly and granddaughter Sara embarked on a journey, establishing Frazetta Girls.
This venture initially involved showcasing Frank Frazetta's extraordinary artwork alongside a selection of vintage Frazetta posters and reimagined Frazetta "signature" apparel at Comic-Con events. Notably, this coincided with acclaimed director Robert Rodriguez's announcement to remake the 1983 film "Fire and Ice."
"Fire and Ice" is a collaboration between Ralph Bakshi and Frank Frazetta.
Recognizing an opportunity to expand their reach and promote Frazetta's timeless artwork, the Frazetta Girls enthusiastically collaborated with Rodriguez to organize a traveling exhibition of the original art, as well as an expanded range of merchandise inspired by Frazetta's captivating creations. This pivotal partnership enhanced the visibility and accessibility of Frazetta's stunning artwork.
In early 2017, the Frazetta Girls underwent a significant transformation, evolving from a group exclusively exhibiting at Comic-Conventions to a prominent online presence with a dynamic online store and lifestyle brand. This evolution was facilitated by their merchandising team and the visionary leadership of Frazetta Girls' Creative Director Joe Weber. The combined efforts of Joe and Sara led to a strong online presence, supported by a solid social media engagement strategy.
Driven by a passion for art and deep admiration for Frazetta's artistic legacy, the Frazetta Girls continue to expand their team of creative minds who contribute to the growth and success of the brand. With each passing day, the Frazetta Girls remain committed to celebrating Frank Frazetta's extraordinary art and fostering a community of art lovers who share a genuine appreciation for his captivating works.
