While Buzz takes a break from the fun-loving toy image fans have grown to love, the movie instead portrays him as a heroic character with realistic features. In an origin story of sorts, Buzz is sent on a mission to a distant planet with his friend and robotic cat by his side, to fend off an evil alien invasion led by the nefarious Zurg!

Beast Kingdom's highly articulated DAH (Dynamic 8ction Heroes) series is ready to take you to infinity and beyond with the release of the Buzz Lightyear DAH-076 figure. The DAH figure is modeled after the more realistic version of Buzz, and features 20 points of articulation and two highly detailed head sculpts. The detailed "Alpha" armor suit features the detailed emblems and color schemes from the movie.
The DAH set also includes an arm-mounted laser pistol and a set of four interchangeable pairs of hands to really nail Buzz's salute! The built-in LED lights also give fans ample opportunity to show off the chest displays for the ultimate effect. Not to forget the robotic cat Sox and a cat carrier, which are also included in the set.
