The One:12 Collective Destro is presented in his classic tactical uniform with technologically enhanced advancements, missile blaster gauntlets, interchangeable thigh holsters, and combat boots. Destro features three masked head portraits depicting his iconic beryllium steel mask, and includes his necklace with amulet.

The state-of-the-art weapons manufacturer carries only the best of the best, complete with a prototype modular submachine gun, a pistol with removable magazines, a rifle with removable magazines, and missiles that attach to his gauntlets.

Destro always carries his Cobra issued light-up multi-function briefcase. The briefcase lights up via an on/off switch, and features a supercomputer and weapons storage.

A ruthless and ambitious businessman with a strong sense of honor, James McCullen Destro is always ready to create trouble for the Joes. The notorious arms dealer is known for developing high-tech weaponry and supplying it to anyone who can pay his price.
